Return Policy:

All returns must be addressed within 30 days.  After this time, a return can no longer be executed. 

Because we specialize in punching bags and bag stands which can weigh in excess of 200 lbs, high shipping charges are incurred whenever transported.  We can only cover return expenses for those products which are defective as received.  To be considered defective, one of the following conditions must apply:

1.  Product is unable to perform necessary product function

2.  Bag/glove/protective gear is ripped or torn

3.  Damaged in shipping. 

For any of the above conditions, product return/swap shipping will be covered and the product will be replaced.

Should you wish to return any product that is not deemed defective by the above definition, the following terms apply:

1.  Non-defective returns only accepted if product is unopened and in original packaging.

2.  Customer pays return shipping costs AND 25% restocking fee (25% of full product cost).
